Well done Nathan, I’ve been though this with my “project”, (and I wasn’t living on board at the time!).
As you say, “one bit at a time” and eventually you get there.
Have you thought about a small charcoal heater or similar? I didn’t allow for one when building and wish I had. Would have been great during the winter.
