St abbs head, originally uploaded by nathanleefloats.
I don’t know if you can see in this picture, but i’ve just rounded st abbs head, and the coastline is absolutely stunning. So very glad to be back at sea. I was weathered in for almost a week in eyemouth. Still, it meant i qualified for the weekly mooring rates which saved me a few quid

Beautiful!
And it looks like the breeze is starting to fill in, knock that engine off and have a perfect day.
hi nathan,
could you please do me a favour?
could you take a few photos of the interior of kudu, particularly the area of the mast compression post, where it meets floor and ceiling. mine is cracked on the floor (too much rig tension), and the ceiling is covered in felt stuff, that i’ll need to take off to repair. but i think yours is all still exposed, and i wondered what it looks like so i can ruminate on how to go about the repair during winter.
cheers mate,
tony
