Was real happy to see your updated vid’s, and loved the Final. So sad, looked like a real hard choice for you to make.

Wish I could come see your talk, way too busy at the moment, but will see if I can find the time.

Shame I don’t have the funds to purchase Kudu, she’s a fine Boat, one which has pressence in the water, if you know what I mean? Any way enough nostalgia, I can’t wait to see what you do with the new one. All the best.

I think I saw her listed on eBay? I often think they look a bit dejected on the hard but she looks keen to go – stable and pretty slippery too…. and standing headroom – sheer luxury! Sold my Pandora-Trotter last year and got a Maurice Griffiths Medusa for similar reasons – inboard diesel, headroom, heads (g/f on board !) – and triple bilge keels as our harbour dries. (Bridport -you probably drove past on your way to Honiton). Purchased on pretty much the same basis as you describe, the irresistible urge to part with cash because you FEEL it’s right. I hope Kudu goes to a good home soon…..

after selling my snapdragon 27 i looked at a cinder £950 i was supprised at how stable she was ;a very solid boat as well with a relitively short masthead rig long keel and inboard

No, I think the key to anything is decisive action. If the boat is what you want, buy it. Also, I knew that there was no way I’d get another boat for the money she cost me.
