After a few days in Wells-next-the-sea, I departed for Grimsby, but all was not well. Not only did the Wash get the better of my usually hardy stomach, but Kudu developed some serious problems. Little did I know just how serious they were.

NB: Until now, the videos had all been edited using iMovie, a very basic video editing package that comes installed as standard on a Mac. Since the videos were becoming ever more popular, and there were a few ideas I had that couldn’t be done using this package, I decided to upgrade to Final Cut Express, a pro level editing suite, which involved a hefty learning curve, especially when you’re doing it all from the chart table of a 21ft boat.
